The Buggyworks Loft Development Corporation announced the availability of 68 authentic urban loft condominiums in the newly developed Nationwide area. Steve used his years of custom audio and video experience to develop a package that would serve potential tenants. These plasma\'s are state of the art and provide unparalleled picture performance in a slim and attractive platinum frame. For in-wall speakers, Steve has specified the Veritas by Energy. These in-wall speakers should be considered \"in-visible\". The driver technology is derived from the award winning Energy Veritas speaker line. Katz, along with LaSalle Bank and the Columbus Downtown Development Corporation partnered to shoulder the costs assuring the highest quality of renovation throughout. Their investment is substantial, with estimated costs of the project at $14,000,000. This unique conversion to a vital mixed-use property incorporates 120,000 square feet in a first phase that includes: 63 residential condominium lofts, covered parking, storage and 5 live/work units on Firestone alley, the project\'s Soho-inspired streetscape. The Buggyworks\' premiere location on West Nationwide Boulevard is one of its greatest assets. The neighborhood spills over into North Bank Park, a $14 million investment with a projected opening of spring 2005.
